About the Resort
The name "New Human" for the resort is inspired by the visions of the enlightened masters Osho and G. Gurdjieff. The New Human concept represents a new generation of people who have the courage to drop the limitations and conditionings of the past and to live life in totality here and now. New Human lives balanced and integrated social and spiritual life - in harmony with people, with the environment and with his inner world. He is called Zorba the Buddha - the meeting of the West and East, of celebration and meditation. This is a passion for life in all its dimensions - positive worldly pleasures and the transcendental awareness.
All the programs and activities at the resort aim to promote a holistic and healthy lifestyle. We invite the world's best trainers and masters of various schools and trends in order to support the residents to grow in their meditation, celebration and silence. The overall mission is to create a supportive and dynamic environment to assist the development of people who are willing to change themselves for a better harmonious life.
At the resort one can take part in various programs such as yoga, meditation, martial arts, health support systems; one can also participate in artistic and creative workshop sessions.
The resort is an ideologically, politically and religiously independent entity and does not promote or support any course in particular. It accepts all religions, schools of thought and a great number of teachings, and provides them with the same conditions and opportunities. But the resort is a highly social place, and any teaching or practice that is negative or using propaganda will not be allowed.
As the resort is a place of healthy lifestyle it promotes vegetarian cuisine and the use of narcotic substances including alcohol and tobacco is prohibited.
All individuals have a potential that is too often held back by social conditioning, a stressful environment, tensions, lack of time and space for oneself... The resort creates an environment that is supportive of relaxation, meditativeness and creativity - allowing this potential to be unlocked, and helping the individual express his inner nature, surrounded by others who can share his experience.
